Being physically active and in shape was definitely a focus in our lives, however, our workouts and routine not only became boring and mundane, but we found ourselves having to continuously work harder in order to achieve the same results. Boot camp has become an integral part of our daily routine, just like showering or brushing our teeth. Peta David brings a tremendous amount of enthusiasm, energy and experience to the workouts. He consistently and constantly challenges you by incorporating new exercises. The variety of exercise and the balanced approach is worth the time money and energy vested. Sejal I want to thank Coach David Cabral for creating an original, effective and efficient workout in 35 minutes. It is an AWESOME whole body workout that incorporates cardio, strength, balance, agility, and flexibility. It is the best class I have taken by far and has replaced my gym membership. I could no longer fit in the 60-90 minutes it takes to get to a normal gym and workout. This workout is over before you know it and is EFFECTIVE. I lost all my baby weight in the first 3 months, and in total lost 15 pounds in six months, and 2-3 dress sizes. He is extremely motivating and creative, and modifies each class to make it fresh and fun. I can't recommend this class enough.
Mary For years, I was a member of one of the large gyms in North Hoboken. I tried classes, using the cardio equipment, and even tried a personal trainer earlier this year - looking to find the most effective workout that would keep me interested. I was very frustrated and bored.
For months, I avoided the prodding of a friend to try Hoboken Boot Camps. I originally thought it was “military style” of yelling and pushing beyond limits, and thought it would be less convenient than walking to my gym. I could not have been more wrong, and I was hooked after one class. David, the coach, develops very creative workouts every day to keep it interesting, and works with each member based on their abilities and/or injuries to ensure that it is safe and effective. The facility is easily located next to the parking lot and on the ground floor, so it could not be more convenient!
I have been going for approximately six months, and I feel an awesome transformation in my body. Susan Having been a member of every gym in New York City, and that's not an exaggeration, I speak from experience when I say that Hoboken Boot Camps is the most effective exercise regimen in the tri-state area. I am a spinning fanatic, and I run as often as I can, but 35 minutes with Coach David at least 3 - 4 times a week has transformed my body! Having twins put an end to my ability to drop everything and run to the gym. It also changed my body and how I felt about the way I looked. Now that my twins are six, I still don't have a lot of time to devote to my physical health.
